Mail– Add everything to your cart. Print out your shopping cart list- Make sure you add shipping and Sales Tax (Kentucky Residents 6%), if applicable. Include your Name, Address, Phone Number, and any special requests. Orders that do not include shipping and sales tax (if applicable), will be returned.- Last, mail your shopping cart list, personal information, and check or money order to That Creative Touch, PO Box 95, Trenton, KY 42286. Make checks and money order out to That Creative Touch. Checks must clear before order will be shipped.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We deal with several manufactures, therefore your items may arrive in several packages. Your order will be shipped within 3-10 business days. Custom orders will be shipped in three to four weeks from receipt of order, Please order your items as early as possible, so you will have it in plenty of time for your order to arrive for your special occasion. If concerened about shipping schedule please email or call, and we will let you know if we will be able to send your item(s)sooner. Orders are sent as soon as they are completed.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If any Item has a manufacturing defect it can be exchanged within the first 10 days for a replacement of the same item.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been personalized. Please verify before sending your order that the name(s) are spelled correctly and the date is correct.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by That Creative Touch (www.thatcreativetouch.com). Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will isue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the item to you. The actual shipping charge will apply even if you were offered a promotional shipping rate or not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpse of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
INCORRCECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional $5.00 shipping charge. This is the cost we incur from UPS and FEDEX when a shipping address is entered incorrectly.Orders that shipped to the incorrect address and delivery is subsequently refused are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actuall shipping costs and charges. This shipping charge will apply even if you were offered a promotional shipping rate or not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. We have to do this in order for us to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to ofer the lowest prices possible.
